THE EASY PATH · RECOMMENDED DEFAULT
Clip the original recording first. Upload it public, run the script, let Opus Reframe find the speaker. It has worked on raw Zoom recordings (top clip 99/100). Only if slides keep sneaking into the crop, run the one ffmpeg command in stage 02. Only if neither gives a clip-worthy source, rebuild it in HeyGen. HeyGen is the fallback, not the default: it costs credits, needs a script cleanup pass, and its style standard is still pending Nate.
ONE GATE, ONE ESCALATION PATH
Beth's webinar zip gates stage 01: nothing moves without the recording and transcript. After that, content is preapproved and Lisa runs everything until the clips land in Opus. Content questions go to Evy; Nate is the final approver only when Evy escalates. NeuroStim clips get their own QA from Torreya in stage 05. Everything else moves without a meeting.

Trim end (hh:mm:ss)
Crop box w:h:x:y (iw:ih:0:0 = no crop)
{{ f.title }}
{{ f.cmd }}
{{ f.note }}
Finding the crop box: open the video full screen, note the pixel rectangle around the speaker. Example for a 1920x1080 recording where the speaker fills the right half: 960:1080:960:0. Leave iw:ih:0:0 to keep the whole frame.

{{ verdict }}
The rule: at least 15 trimmed minutes, and about 2 source minutes per planned clip. One strong moment can serve several practices with different captions, so clips do not need unique minutes.

OpusClip takes the YouTube link directly. Paste it there, no download needed. The script above is only for the archive copy in SharePoint, so the file outlives any single YouTube login.

SCHEDULE BY PRACTICE
{{ p.name }}
First post date per practice. Space the 2 to 3 clips 3 to 5 days apart from that date. Scheduling runs in the Opus calendar and Loomly to connected accounts; Torreya, Josie, and Evy review and approve.
LANDING PAGE
Order matters: clips ship first as teasers, then the full video flips public and the landing page goes up. The page carries the embed, the transcript, and links to each practice's blog post from the same webinar.
